Simmons recently opened up about his show’s cancellation during an appearance on The Breakfast Club, Power 105.1’s morning show in New York.

Simmons also opened up about his “not great” relationship with ESPN in the interview, saying the network is “not a good place” and added that it tried to make him look bad.

“So, I think there was a show that would [have] worked within what we had but it was too late. Once you stumble, it’s really hard to get it back. It’s almost like a football season. Like Carolina.”
