The odds: The Blackhawks are favored on Wednesday, according to The Linemakers.

The rosters: Bryan Bickell likely will not play, according to the Chicago Tribune. Expect Kris Versteeg to replace Bickell. The Blackhawks also are changing their defense, with Kimmo Timonen and Trevor van Riemsdyk replacing David Rundblad and Kyle Cumiskey. Defenseman Johnny Oduya will play despite an upper-body injury in Game 3.

Lightning coach Jon Cooper said the team is watching goalie Ben Bishop, who is likely to start despite health issues. He also said this: “We’ve reached a point where we think we can win every single game . . . We’re a really, really confident group in there.” Cooper didn’t disclose Game 4 lineup changes, however.
