Veteran reporter Bonnie Bernstein felt Ciara needed to “cover up” before singing the national anthem ahead of Monday night’s title game between Clemson and Alabama.

Bernstein was instantly criticized for the tweet because it was a silly thing to say, but she also received responses accusing her of racism.
Russell Wilson had no problem with Ciara’s attire. The Seahawks quarterback dates the pop superstar, so it would have been a little awkward at home if he told her she needed to throw a jacket over her dress.
Anyway, back to watching the game.
