Crowther lost his life during the attack on the Twin Towers on Sept. 11, 2001, but not before he saved at least a dozen others.

He was well-known for always wearing a red bandanna, which has been incorporated into the Boston College uniforms.
Boston College teamed up with Under Armour for the bandanna-inspired socks, shoes, gloves and helmets they will sport to honor the Man in the Red Bandanna.
The Eagles and Trojans kick off Saturday at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
