Browner was once viewed as one of the top corners in the league during his days in Seattle, but now he’s turning into a journeyman. He played for the Patriots in 2014 and the team decided not to pick up his option for the next season.
He then signed with the Saints in the offseason and was named a defensive team captain. He didn’t live up to expectations, and set a new single-season record for penalties by one player (24 total, 21 accepted, three declined).
