Braves Being Sued By Family Of Man Who Died From Turner Field Fall

The family is claiming negligence over the height of the guard railing. They claim the railing is only 30 inches high, and it should be 42 inches, what they claim to be the industry standard. They also claim Murrey, who was 60 years old when he fell, would not have fallen had the railing been the appropriate height.
