Musburger, 79, will replace Greg Papa as the radio voice of the Raiders beginning this season, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Tuesday. The Raiders are signing the broadcasting legend to a three-year contract that would extend to the Raiders’ planned first season in Vegas in 2020 after their move from Oakland, the Review-Journal reported.

The Review-Journal also reported that Musburger and the Raiders declined to comment for its report.

Musburger stepped down as an ESPN broadcaster in January 2017 to help start VSiN, a gambling-centric radio network based in Las Vegas. He will continue to be managing editor of VSiN and host of “My Guys in the Desert,” which airs weekdays, the Review-Journal reported. Musburger is also a gambling columnist for the Review-Journal.
