The pop star has been running a lot during her stay at home. She’s been running so much that she set a world record. According to Spears, she recently ran a 5.97 in the 100-meter dash.

For those unfamiliar with top 100-meter dash times, let’s look at the world records for that event.

Men: Usain Bolt, 9. 58 seconds (set in 2009) Women: Florence Griffith Joyner, 10. 49 seconds (set in 1988)

As you can now see, the time set by Spears is truly remarkable. Even more incredible is the fact she claims she usually runs a “6 or 7” — which means she’s been breaking the world record over and over again, but has kept it to herself before she eventually hit 5.97. What a truly humble individual.

And Spears not only broke the record, but shattered it. Even if you double her time, it comes out to 11.94, which is near what the women’s best times were in the 1970s. Breaking the 100-meter dash world record by four seconds is simply unheard of.

Her dominance eventually made its way to Twitter, where fans continued to be in amazement of her achievement.

UPDATE: Wait, we’re now hearing that Spears was only JOKING about being seconds faster than the fastest person on the planet. She is, however, still doing work.
