Felicia Culotta is an ex-confidante who appeared in multiple Spears-related documentaries to weigh in on the debate surrounding the star’s 13-year conservatorship.

But in a Wednesday tweet, Spears condemned the docs about her life, which include Framing Britney Spears, Controlling Britney Spears, Britney vs Spears and the CNN special report Toxic: Britney Spears’ Battle for Freedom.

Although she didn’t call Culotta out by name, Spears’ tweet referred to an anecdote she told in one of the films.

“The best part to me was when my old assistant talked about how I went through the neighborhood passing out 100 dollar bills when my first song came out !!!” Spears wrote. “I wish I could go inside the heads of people like my dad and her and really try to understand why people lie and make up such things like that !!!”

She continued: “I mean it doesn’t get lower than that … why did you say that ??? That’s not even true !!! Wasn’t it already bad enough what they did to me and on top of it everybody is getting together and doing the trashiest docs I’ve ever seen in my life saying it’s TO HELP ME ??? You must be some clever folks !!!! It was so embarrassing! I think the meanest part was the deception in claiming it was to help me !!!”

In addition, Spears railed against a stylist and classified the documentaries that were made about her as “trash and nothing more than trash.”

Culotta revealed during Controlling Britney Spears that she no longer has the pop star’s phone number.

Some of Spears’ social media followers remarked on her tweet’s reference to Culotta, including the purported lie about the $100 giveaway.

“So you didn’t hand out $100 to strangers 😭like whyyy would they lie like that,” wrote @justintsouth.

“I really thought Felicia was a real one. SMH,” @TheNolaChick replied.

“Oh Felicia,” @DarrenMcPherson wrote. The tweet included a short video of supermodel Tyra Banks yelling: “I was rooting for you—we were all rooting for you! How dare you?”

A judge ruled last November that Spears’ 13-year conservatorship could be dissolved, and she’s bashed several close relatives in the months since. In a September 11 Instagram post, she slammed her father and former conservator, Jamie Spears, writing: “kiss my G** damn mother f****** a** you f****** bast**d,” along with a peach emoji.

Spears also recently claimed that her conservatorship security detail would watch her while she was naked, including during showers and while changing.

Newsweek has reached out to Culotta and a Spears representative for comment.
