According to NFL Media, Romo “has eyes on the Broncos” as a team he wants to play for. They have a great defense, great playmakers on offense and it’s a logical destination if Denver wants to hold off on Paxton Lynch and doesn’t view Trevor Siemian as a long-term option.

Siemian, who is still starting for Denver, was asked about these rumors on Monday, and had a reasonable response.

“That’s so far out of my reach," Siemian said, via 9News. “That’s way beyond my pay grade."

As for the rumor itself, 9News’ Mike Klis said it’s unlikely the team makes a move for Romo.

If the Broncos don’t work out for Romo, NFL Media reports the veteran quarterback would also be interested in the Bears, Jets, Cardinals and Bills.
