There’s nothing surprising about how the Bucs pick from April 29-May 1. They start with the last pick in the first round and follow that with six more, one each in round. Here’s how Sporting News projects the Bucs’ selections from Round 1 through Round 7:

Buccaneers mock draft 2021

No. 32 overall, first round

Levi Onwuzurike, DT, Washington (6-3, 290 pounds)

Ndamukong Suh was brought back for another season, but he’s 34. Onwuzurike can deliver in the same way as a replacement with his quick inside disruption.

No. 64 overall, second round

Chris Rumph II, EDGE, Duke (6-3, 235 pounds)

The Buccaneers will be in the market for a situational pass rusher and Rumph, very productive for the Blue Devils, would be ideal to put in that capacity behind Shaquil Barrett and Jason Pierre-Paul.

No. 95 overall, third round

Chatarius “Tutu” Atwell, WR, Louisville (5-9, 165 pounds)

The team has been reluctant to bring back Antonio Brown because of how many prospects with great speed and quickness are available to boost their big-play quotient for Brad. Atwell is an extremely fast play who can do a lot of damage in open field.

No. 137 overall, fourth round

Milton Williams, DT, Louisiana Tech (6-3, 284 pounds)

Onwuzurike can help replace Suh, but here’s a strong and powerful backup for Vea in their rotation.

No. 176 overall, fifth round

Tre Norwood, CB, Oklahoma (6-0, 192 pounds)

The Buccaneers have built a pretty good front-line secondary but they could some size and depth for subpackages. Norwood has the potential to slide over to safety and help, too.

No. 217 overall, sixth round

Davis Mills, QB, Stanford (6-5, 217)

Mills has a wide range of draft outcomes with his late rate, but he still seems like a Day 3 developmental prospect vs. a late Day 2 option. He makes a lot of sense as a cerebral pocket passer with prototypical Brady-like size to bring along behind the GOAT.

No. 251 overall, seventh round

Michal Menet, G/C, Penn State (6-4, 301 pounds)

The Buccaneers may opt to go for their versatile interior offensive line depth earlier, Menet is an experienced, efficient power blocker who can further develop his athleticism and technique.
