Sanders was injured when he was elbowed in the right eye by Houston's James Harden as the two went for a rebound in a Feb. 8 game. Sanders' surgery repaired right orbital bone fractures.
Sanders missed nearly two months early this season after tearing a thumb ligament in a fight at a Milwaukee nightclub.
In 23 games this season, Sanders has averaged 7.7 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.7 blocked shots in about 25 minutes per contest.
