On Monday against Minnesota in the quarterfinals of the EA Sports Maui Invitational, Fair put his dunking ability on display, taking off on two feet in the lane and throwing down a monster jam on a Minnesota defender.

In the process of posterizing a poor Golden Gopher, Fair opened up a sizable gash on his left cheek. The referees stopped play but didn't assess a foul.

Really? No foul?

Georgetown and VCU played a game Sunday night in which 61 fouls were called, yet C.J. Fair getting gashed in the face isn't worthy of free throws?

Way to go NCAA, way to go.
