After years of speculation that the group would be granted government exemption, Big Hit Music, the entertainment company which founded and manages BTS, confirmed the group has decided to begin preparations for their conscription. “BTS are currently moving forward with plans to fulfill their military service. After the phenomenal concert to support Busan’s bid for the World Expo 2030, and as each individual embarks on solo endeavors, it’s the perfect time and the members of BTS are honored to serve,” the music company wrote in a statement....

Over the last three months, Kirk Andrews reported multiple burglaries at the business he owns, Petticoat Fair Lingerie, in North Austin, according to a report from KVUE. Burr Ridge Police Deputy Chief Marc Loftus said the gunman, identified as Jeremy Spicer, 31, had been working at Winner’s Freight for about a week and was about to be fired over a disagreement regarding pay and company property. Local police said they received a call around 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday indicating that shots had been fired at an office building. Spicer allegedly shot his boss, Nicola Misovic, 30, who was taken to an area hospital but ultimately died of his injuries....
